Opening hours and Appointments

Covid 19 has mean a big change in our access arrangements. Access may be electronic, face to face, by telephone or video

Currently our doors are closed as we are limiting the number of patients in the building for their safety and the safety of our staff

Please do not come to the surgery unless you have an appointment. Do not arrive more that 5 minutes before your appointment time as you will need to wait outside. Please remember that social distancing is very important so do not congregate around the door. Please stand well back

When you arrive, please ring the doorbell  and stand back form the door to allow for socail distancing. The recpetionist may come to the door to check what you need without opening the door. The clinician will collect you from outside. They will be wearing protective equipment including a mask. You may also be asked to wear a mask.

All appointments are now made through eConsult. There is a link on our home page

If you need medical assistance for any new or ongoing medical problems, medication queries, annual reviews or administrative tasks please complete an eConsult. Please click on the red  "Getting Started" button in the banner at the top of our home page. Please write as much detailed information as possible about your condition or what you require as this helps complete your request quicker and more efficiently.

Someone will contact you back t by the end of the next working day. Please keep your phone switched on and with you  for when you are called back by the surgery.

If it is not possible to complete an eConsult  because of practical issues or because eConsult has advised you to contact the surgery, then our reception staff will assist completing the form over the phone and advise you appropriately.
